PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a stable heating of additional apparatuses arranged at an induction system with hot water heated by cooling an engine as required.SOLUTION: A radiator 3 is arranged at a front side of an engine compartment 2 installed at the front part of a vehicle 1, and an engine 5 and an induction system are arranged at the rear part of the radiator 3. The induction system includes intake passages 11, 13 and 14 and a throttle device 12. In order to heat the throttle device 12, there is provided a hot water passage 16 for circulating hot water heated through cooling of the engine 5 to the throttle device 12. The hot water passage 16 is provided with a hot water control valve 17. The hot water control valve 17 is provided with an expansion or shrinkage member 18 made of shape memory alloy for use in controlling opening or closing of the hot water control valve 17 in response to a temperature within the engine compartment 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
