PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater coupling joint, keeping a lubricant state in the underwater coupling joint, and suppressing a burden for maintenance, and a water flow generator.SOLUTION: A coupling joint 50 includes: a joint member 52 which has a gear tooth 56g; a center tube 51 which has a gear tooth 54g engaged with the gear tooth 56g, and transmits rotary force between the joint member 52 and the center tube 51 through the gear tooth 56g and the gear tooth 54g; a seal member 61A which blocks a lubrication space S including an engagement part S2 of the gear tooth 56g and the gear tooth 54g from the outside, between the joint member 52 and the center tube 51; a lubricant J filled in the lubrication space S; and a pressure equalization member 63A which is provided so as to face a part of the lubrication space S, is deformed according to the pressure of the outside to change the volume of the lubrication space S, and then equalizes the pressure of the lubricant J and the pressure of the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
