摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating power generation output at present on the basis of solar radiation data at present even if installation points of a pyranometer and a photovoltaic power generation facility are different points, and a device.SOLUTION: The estimation method for photovoltaic power generation output defining all photovoltaic power generation facilities as objects within the jurisdiction where monitoring facilities, full purchase contract facilities and pyranometers are installed at a plurality of points includes the steps of: automatically measuring present solar radiations by the pyranometers; calculating a present average solar radiation within the jurisdiction on the basis of the present solar radiations measured at the points; and calculating estimates of present power generation output of all the photovoltaic power generation facilities from the present average solar radiation on the basis of an estimation function. The estimation function is a function based on a reference function for calculating a reference value of average power generation output of the monitoring facilities on the basis of the present average solar radiation, a correction coefficient for correcting the reference function, and a known number which is a full capacity of installation capacities of all the photovoltaic power generation facilities and by which a conversion function is multiplied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
