PURPOSE:To recognize visually a buckle easily even in the condition the buckle is thrown irregularly by providing a luminous source in the buckle, and a lighting unit to emit light by the light emitted from the luminous source at the side surface of the cover of a buckle main body. CONSTITUTION:In a buckle main body 1, a luminous source 3 is supported by a spring holder 5 and arranged in front of the holder 5. An ejector 6 is at the foremost position where the whole surface of a sliding frame 62 is abutted to the front end of a longitudinal slit 41. In such a condition, a latch plate 7 is pushed up because a projection 74 to engage with the aperture T1 of a tongue T provided at the lower side of the latch plate 7 is abutted with the upper side of the ejector 6. A lock plate 8 is at the position where the front edge of a buckle 83 is abutted to the rear side cam surface of a projection 44, and in such a condition, the cut piece 11 of a switch 10 is pushed out forward, and the contact of a switch is turned on. As a result, the luminous source 3 is in the lighting condition, and lights the side surface of the buckle. Consequently, the position of the buckle thrown on the seat casually can be found very easily. |
