PURPOSE:To obtain the capsule toner which can be fixed under a low pressure, is not degraded in electric resistance at the time of high humidity and has good mechanical strength by mainly constituting the shell of a polyurethane resin formed by the reaction of a polyvalent hydroxy compd. and a polyvalent isocyanate. CONSTITUTION:The shell consists mainly of the polyurethane resin formed by the reaction of the polyvalent hydroxy compd. having at least >= 1 nitro groups in the molecule and the polyvalent isocyanate. On the other hand, the fixing component constituting a core material is the liquid material which is liable to adhere to paper, etc., by blowing out of the inside of the capsule when the capsule is crushed by a pressure. This material is constituted mainly of a resin and org. solvent. The capsule toner which can be fixed under the low pressure, is not degraded in the electric resistance at the time of high moisture and has the improved mechanical strength is obtd. in this way. |
