发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL STRUCTURE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make effective use of the reinforced fiber strength of a composite material in a bonding section, eliminate the necessity of a large-scale heating oven and prevent foreign matters such as metal sheets, metal meshes and the like from remaining on the bonding section by assembling a thermoplastic composite material structure by means of nails of thermoplastic composite material. CONSTITUTION:A structure of a thermoplastic composite material 2 is assembled by using nails 1 of a thermoplastic composite material. The structure 3 of thermoplastic composite material bonded or fusion bonded is reinforced at a bonding or fusion bonding section 4 by means of nails 1 of thermoplastic material. Bonding is performed by heating the thermoplastic composite material 2 by means of a supersonic vibrator 5, and softened sections 6 are generated by the bores by means of heat. The nails 1 of thermoplastic composite material are driven in. The nails 1 of thermoplastic material are formed into a cooling cured section 7 when the softened section 6 is cooled down and fixed therein. The structure thus manufactured is provided with strength higher than the structure manufactured by bonding or fusion bonding. A large-scale heating oven as a facility is not required for a product thus manufactured, and metal sheets or metal meshes should not be left on the bonding section as seen in the fusion utilizing induction heating which causes lowered strength.</p>
