PURPOSE:To easily decide a conference schedule among groups by setting the proper conference joining conditions for each group and controlling previously the individual schedule information in each group based on a conference joining grant list for production of the group schedule information. CONSTITUTION:A conference opening parameter 12 is provided together with a group-based individual schedule information data base 11, an individual schedule information retrieving part, a conference participant list 13 proper to groups, a group schedule information control part 14, a group day's schedule information data base 15, a group schedule information retrieving part 16, and a conference day's schedule control part 17. Then a conference day's schedule decider produces previously a conference schedule candidate list based on the group schedule information that undergone the schedule control for each group by the conference joining conditions when the schedule is controlled for a conference requiring the joining of plural groups. Therefore the deputies except the conference participants are set by reference to a conference schedule candidate list produced from the individual schedule information on the scheduled conference participants. Thus the candidate contents are completed. Then the conference schedule is easily decided. |
