<p>PURPOSE:To improve workability by carrying out each process starting from rough excavation, shifting a power shovel in the laser beam direction, calculating the depth on the basis of the light receiving position of a laser light receiving device, depth of an excavation groove, and the tilt angle. CONSTITUTION:A laser oscillator 1 is set so that the laser beam is set parallel to the excavation slope. Then, the depth H to the groove from the light receiving position of a laser beam receiving part 2 is set, and inputted from an operating panel for a power shovel 3. Then, in the controller for the shovel 3, the depth from the light receiving position for the laser beam L is calculated as excavation line, and the level which is higher by about 100 mm from the essential depth of the groove is set as an aimed control value. Rough excavation is carried out on the basis of each tilt in the longitudinal and lateral directions of the shovel 3 which are outputted from an inclination meter and each angle of a boom, arm 4, and a bucket 5 which is outputted from an angle sensor. Further, finishing excavation, rolling press, etc. are carried out similarly.</p> |
