<p>A lift roller conveyor (10) for rapid manually lifting a heavy rectilinear object, particularly a lateral file cabinet (25), from a floor surface onto a four-wheel dolly (26) and for lowering such an object from a four-wheel dolly (26) to a floor surface, is provided in a roller conveyor having an inclined plane and a flat plane along which the object can be moved manually. Movement of the object along the conveyor rollers (13) up or down the inclined plane effects a change of the elevation of the object relative to the floor surface and the upper surface of the four-wheel dolly (26).</p> |
