<p>A wave generator comprises a substrate (10) for mounting transversely within a waveguide (12), the substrate having at least one conductive strip or track formed thereon (e.g. a plurality of parallel, spaced-apart tracks). The wave generator is mounted within the waveguide with its plane inclined to the plane of polarisation of an incoming wave, to provide a phase-shifted outgoing wave: if the angle of inclination is 45°, then the outgoing wave is circularly polarised.</p> |
