PURPOSE:To ensure that the subject sheet can be used for various kinds of printing, or a wire dot printer and a thermal transfer printer for recording, and further, can be used as wrapping material for various purposes by applying an coating liquid consisting mainly of modified acrylic emulsion and colloidal silica on at least, one side of a base material of transparent plastic film and thereby forming an ink fixing layer. CONSTITUTION:A water paint consisting of modified acrylic emulsion, colloidal silica and water is prepared. Then this paint is applied to one side of transparent polyester film which is previously processed so that it can easily stick, using an applicator and then is dried to form an ink fixing layer. |
