PURPOSE:To enable electronic mail to be received by a person working at a different place depending to a time zone by providing a transferring destination control part capable of changing a transferring destination depending to the time zone. CONSTITUTION:When the electronic mail is received by an electronic mail receiving part 4 through a communication line 2, the electronic mail is sent to a processing part 5, and the processing part 5 refers to the transferring destination control part 6, and compares the time zone 7 with time at present, and if it is the corresponding time zone 7, it sends the electronic mail to a transmitting part 3 in order to transfer the electronic mail to a transferring destination electronic mail device shown in the transferring destination 8 corresponding to that time zone. Then, the transmitting part 3 transmits the electronic mail on the basis of this. Thus, the transferring destination is designated depending to the time zone. |
