PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient radiation effect and to facilitate manufacture by applying a bias voltage through a radiation body while connecting the opposite electrode to a mesa-part side electrode to the radiation body, and by applying a fixed potential to the mesa-part side electrode. CONSTITUTION:To an application terminal 6 for a bias voltage to a solid oscillating element 2 of upside-up structure, a positive voltage is applied and to a housing 10, a negative voltage is applied. A cavity resonator 1 consists of th solid oscillating element 2, a supporting bar 3 and an inductive window 7, and its coscillation output is supplied to a loade through the inductive window 7. Heat generated by the solid oscillating element 2 is conducted through a radiator 4 from the radiator 9 of the container of the solid oscillating element and radiated to the outside air from a block constituting the cavity resonator, i.e. the housing 10. The radiator 4 has an insulating film formed by using an dequate method, such as ''Teflon '' and ''Alumite '', which produces large capacity opposite the block constituting the cavity resonartor, thereby using it as a by-pass capacity as well as radiation. |
