Provided are a power control device, a power management system, and a power management method, with which the power of a storage battery can be controlled so as to suitably meet the requirements of both the power supplier and the consumer. A power management device 1 is provided in a consumer facility and is equipped with a control unit 11 for managing the amount of stored power. The control unit 11 divides the amount of stored power into a first region and a second region, and manages these regions. The first region is a region for performing long-term control of power management in the consumer facility, and the second region is a region for performing short-term control of power management in the consumer facility. |
