A dual-level solar-tracking photovoltaic power-generating apparatus, relating to solar power-generating devices. The apparatus is provided with an upright support base (1), a cross-shaped turnover mechanism (6), a main oscillation mechanism (5), a pitch oscillation mechanism (4) and a rectangular tray (2) bearing a solar power-generating device array (21); a base (61) of the cross-shaped turnover mechanism (6) is fixed onto the upper end of the support base (1), a main shaft (621) of the cross-shaped turnover mechanism (6) having a floating hinge connection to the base (61), and two bearing seats (63, 63') of an auxiliary shaft (622) of the cross-shaped turnover mechanism (6) being respectively fixed to two sides of the centre point of the tray (2); the bottom of the support base (1) is fixed on the top of a steel three-dimensional frame (8); an upper pulley (45, 55) is arranged in the middle of each of two adjacent edges on the tray (2); the main oscillation mechanism (5) and the pitch oscillation mechanism (4) are each provided with a winch (41, 51), the axes of rotation of the two winches (41, 51) being perpendicular to one another; each winch (41, 51) winds two cables (43, 43', 53, 53'), the upper end of one cable (43, 53) being connected to a weight via the corresponding upper pulley, and the upper end of the other cable (43', 53') being connected to the middle of the edges opposite to the upper pulleys (45, 55) on the tray (2). The present invention occupies only minimal ground surface, and can even be disposed on water surfaces such as ponds and rivers. |
