The present invention relates to a continuous rotary roaster including: a rotary cylinder (100) provided with an inlet (110) and an outlet (120), having an inner space, and having an inner peripheral surface divided into a plurality of rows, each row being provided with at least one grill (10), one end of the grill being attached to the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder, the other end of the grill being formed as a free end, and the grill having a length of protrusion exceeded by a radius of the cylinder; driving means (200) for rotating the rotary cylinder; a plurality of first heat transfer members (20) filling the rotary cylinder and having a size sufficient for penetration of the grill; and heating means disposed in a lower portion outside the rotary cylinder (100) and transferring heat to the first heat transfer members (20) in the rotary cylinder (100). When the continuous rotary roaster according to the present invention is used, a sweet potato raw material roasting process can be continuously performed without being stopped and roasted sweet potatoes can be produced with uniform quality. Accordingly, automated roasted sweet potato production can be achieved with high quality. |
