The present invention relates to a system for discharging noise and vibration between the floors in a building. The system for discharging noise and vibration between the floors in a building, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a sound absorbing transmitter which converts the waves of noise and vibration into sound currents; a transmission sound collector which receives the sound currents converted in the sound absorbing transmitter and converts the sound currents into an electrical signal; a receiving part which receives the converted electrical signal; a repeater box which has a transmission part for converting the electrical signal into an electrical signal where the information of noise and vibration is removed through an analog-digital (A/D) converter; an external silence receiver which receives the electrical signal to discharge the electrical signal to the outside; a noise and vibration detector and a control panel which sense and control the noise and vibration generated by impact; and a coil which is wound on a magnet plate. Thus, the present invention enables a resident to directly check whether a noise and vibration sensing and control part is abnormal. |
