The purpose of the present invention is to provide a health care service through a home appliance connected to home networks by collecting biometric data from different heterogeneous measuring terminals, integrating the collected biometric data, and generating an active control command therethrough. A system for providing an integrated health care service of the present invention comprises: a biometric data measuring terminal for collecting biometric data of a user and transmitting the collected biometric data to a server; a server for generating integrated data by integrating the collected biometric data with state data of a home appliance terminal and analyzing the same, and generating health care guide data based on the integrated data; a home appliance terminal for transmitting the state data to the server, or displaying the health care guide data or controlling a state thereof by a control signal of the sever; and a client terminal for displaying the health care guide data or transmitting the control signal of a user to the server.
