The present invention relates to a mixer for a solid propellant of a projectile, and more specifically, to a mixer for a solid propellant of a projectile, which automatically performs a process of coating the surface of a solid propellant of a projectile such as a shell, or a process of mixing a solid propellant obtained via a sorting process in order to secure the same performance. According to the present invention, the mixer for processing a solid propellant of a projectile comprises: a main body (100) equipped with multiple support frames (111); a drum (200) which has an inlet (222) and an outlet (223) respectively arranged on the upper and lower sides of the housing (220) to be opened and closed, and which is formed to inject an object to be processed into an inner space of the housing (220) and accommodate the object; and a driving means (300) which is coupled to the upper part of the main body (100), and transfers the rotary power of a motor (310) to the drum (200) via a first and a second shafts (320, 330) separately connected to both sides of the drum (200). When the rotary power of the motor (310) is transferred to the drum (200), the drum (200) rotates in place around the first and second shafts (320, 330). The mixer selectively performs: a mixing process of uniformly mixing a solid propellant which is an object to be processed and is accommodated in the drum (200) by the rotation of the drum (200) so that plenty of molded products have the same performance; or a lustering process of injecting a solid propellant which is an object to be processed and graphite at the same time to coat the surface of the solid propellant with the graphite. |
