Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for providing a framework based on metadata. The apparatus for providing the framework based on the metadata, in which the apparatus provides a framework for programming-support, includes: an object recognition unit for distinguishing and recognizing an object provided on a user interface; a domain class management unit for managing metadata of the recognized object and metadata of access data allowing access to the recognized object; and a control unit for providing the framework for the programming-support, based on the metadata of the recognized object and the metadata of the access data. Accordingly, an efficient object-oriented modeling framework considering a plan for improving software productivity, a user request analysis, design, and a quality control scheme in a software development life cycle of an object-oriented environment is provided. |
