PURPOSE:To get a wave absorber used for the inwall of a wave dark room being excellent in wave absorbing properties and in high density by mixing and adding bismuth trioxide and aluminum oxide to the Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite having a specific composition ratio. CONSTITUTION:This consists of main ingredients comprising 32.0-35.0 mole % zinc oxide, 10.0-12.0 mole % nickel monoxide, 5.0-7.0 mole % copper monoxide, and ferric iron oxide for the rest, subingredients comprising 0.03 mole % or less silicon dioxide, 0.01wt.% or less manganese monoxide, 0.05wt.% or less bismuth trioxide, and 0.06wt.% or less aluminum oxide. Hereby, an oxide magnetic material, in which the frequency bands are enlarged on both low frequency side and high frequency side and which is excellent in wave absorbing properties, can be obtained. |
