PURPOSE:To perform operations with the optimum working efficiency without unnecessarily waiting each jig by supplying a jig placed in a shipping place and a newly delivered jig related to this to an automatic carrying line as a set of jigs related to one production unit. CONSTITUTION:When A1, A2, A3 of jigs 10 are to be delivered in the production plan at the point of time when A1, A2 of the jigs 10 reach an arriving place 8, A1, A2 of the jigs 10 are transferred to a shipping place 7 by a stacker crane 9, A3 of the jig 10 related to them is taken out from a jig shelf 6, and A1, A2 of the jigs 10 placed in the shipping place 7 and the newly delivered A3 of the jig 10 are supplied to an automatic carrying line 1 as a set of jigs related to one production unit. Thus, A1, A2 of the jigs 10 are combined with A3 of a new jig 10 without waiting A3 of the jig 10 to newly construct a set of jigs related to one production unit, whereby the working efficiency of A1, A2 of each jig 10 can be enhanced without being restrained by the cycle time of A3 of the jig 10. |
