<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the intrusion of water, dust, etc., into a plastic corrugated pipe, and to lengthen the lifetime of an electric wire by installing the corrugated pipe having a split surface continuing in the longitudinal direction so as to cover the electric wire and closing the split surface a connecting member. CONSTITUTION:A plastic corrugated pipe 1 made of polyethylene having a split surface 2 continuing in the longitudinal direction extending over the overall length of an electric wire A laid or so as to cover a bent section and a cable connecting section is mounted by opening the split surface 2, and the split surface 2 is closed by a connecting member such as a chuck fastener 3, thus protecting the electric wire A. The chuck fastener 3 is set up continuously to the split surface 2 in the longitudinal direction at that time. Accordingly, the plastic corrugated pipe is fitted to the existing electric wire, thus simply protecting the electric wire.</p> |
