PURPOSE:To effect the control of high performance and high accuracy with an inexpensive circuit by a method wherein an external disturbance observer circuit, estimating the amount of external disturbance operated by a same dimension observer, is provided beside a phase control loop and a speed control loop to effect feed forward. CONSTITUTION:A rotating speed signal FG and a rotating phase signal PG, which are obtained from a motor 4, are inputted into a traditional motor control circuit 100 to obtain a control voltage Vc and a detecting speed Sc by comparing the signals with a reference speed and a reference phase and input them into an external disturbance observer circuit 101. The circuit 101 adds a value, obtained by amplifying the detecting speed Sc, converted from the rotating speed signal FG through a F/V converter 110, in an amplifier 119, with the amplified value of the input control voltage Vi through another amplifier 118, in an adder 126, then the delay of the phase is corrected by a filter 120. A value obtained by amplifying a value subtracting the amplified signal Sc, amplified by another amplifier 121, from the output of the filter 120 through a subtractor 122, is added with the output Vc of a phase and speed error generating circuit 201 in an adder 124, then, the feedforward of the estimated value of an external disturbance into a drive circuit 102 is effected. |
