<p>PURPOSE:To conduct shaping operation and engagement operation continuously by installing an open-tube guide mechanism, a cord guide mechanism and a molding guide mechanism for molding a fastener tube and guiding a cord member along a specified path while wrapping the cord member. CONSTITUTION:A fastener tube 3 under an open state is passed through an open-tube guide mechanism 1, and the head section of the fastener tube 3 is positioned in a specified position. A cord member 8 is passed through a cord guide mechanism 5, and the head section of the cord member is located in a fixed position. Both side end sections of the head section of the fastener tube are rounded by a hand and turned over, preformed cylindrically so as to wrap the head section of the cord member 8, and fed into a shaping guide mechanism 10 and penetrated. When both side end sections of the head section of the fastener tube are held collectively by the hand and pulled, the fastener tube 3 at the rear successively receives shaping action by the shaping guide mechanism 10, and follows a preceding section and is passed through the shaping guide mechanism 10 while semi-automatically wrapping the cording member. Both side end sections of the fastener tube 3 are engaged mutually.</p> |
