发明名称 BAKING FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make a substantial improvement of a life of a rail by a method wherein the transporting rail of an alkaline atmosphere incinerator is constructed by an air-tight alumina baking furnace having specified absorbing rate and amount of inclusion of SiO2. CONSTITUTION:Amount of SiO2 of alumina refractory is less than 15 wt% and air-tightness is less than 0.5% as a water absorbing rate, thereby a superior nature as a rail material can be accomplished. A furnace chamber is enclosed by an inner lining 5, and heating members 4 are installed horizontally at an upper part and a lower part in the furnace chamber. A rail 1 is fixed at the lower part in the furnace chamber. A base plate 2 pushed by a pushing device is mounted on the rail 1, a heated item 3 is mounted on the base plate 2 and this is moved in sequence from an inlet port of the furnace to an outlet port of the furnace. In the baking furnace as constructed as above, the rail 1 is always exposed to the hot atmosphere and a substantial load is applied, resulting in that the rail is used under a severe condition.
