SEMICONDUCTOR SENSOR APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To achieve higher yields in the manufacture of the apparatus by forming a space between a semiconductor sensor and protective structural body to prevent damages to a substrate and a protective body of the semiconductor sensor by a force applied during a junctioning. CONSTITUTION:First and second blocks 1 and 10 are junctioned together through a spacer 12 higher than a semiconductor sensor 3 and a proper space is delimited between the bottom of the sensor 3 and the top surface of the block 10. This eliminates breakage and cracking of a substrate 4 and the protective body 7 of the sensor 3 other wise caused by a force applied during the junctioning of the blocks 1 and 10 and a spacer 12.
