<p>PURPOSE:To enable high acceleration/deceleration operation and steep inclination operation by installing the primary side of a linear motor onto a track during a specific section and a reaction plate on the secondary side onto a car and operating both the primary side of the linear motor and the reaction plate on the secondary side as linear induction motors only when the car travels during the specific section. CONSTITUTION:The primary side 9 of a linear motor mounted onto a track and a reaction plate 10 on the secondary side of a linear motor set up to a trailer 4 are installed. When a car travels during the specific section, the position and speed of the car are detected, and the linear-motor primary side 9 on the track is supplied with power, in which voltage and frequency are controlled, so that the car can pass by a preset travelling pattern. A non-adhesion driving function by linear induction motors is added to the car besides adhesion travelling by a main motor 5, and driving force works as shown in the arrow. The reaction plate 10 is mounted on a loading device 13 crossed over two pairs of wheels 7 in the same truck. Accordingly, the increasing method of the driving force can be introduced by comparatively slight remodeling.</p> |
