PURPOSE:To obtain a Schmitt circuit where complementary outputs are possible and a threshold voltage can be set by adding a circuit which changes the base potential of a second transistor TR by the collector potential of the second TR. CONSTITUTION:In a differential logic circuit consisting of a second TR Q2 whose emitter is connected in common to a first TR Q1 having the base as an input terminal 1, the base of the second TR Q2 is changed by the collector potential of the second TR Q2 through a fifth TR Q4 which has the input electrode connected to the control electrode of the second TR Q2 and a sixth TR Q3 which has the control electrode connected to the input electrode of the second TR Q2 and has the output electrode connected to the control electrode of the fifth TR Q4. Consequently, the whole of the threshold voltage of the circuit is arbitrarily shifted. Thus, complementary outputs are possible, and positive- direction and negative-direction threshold voltages can be set by selection of the resistance value.
|
