PURPOSE:To obtain the title liquid stock pack capable of making the most of stock ingredient of dried fish, dried mushroom, etc., by putting a stock ingredient and liquid in an outer container with an outlet for pouring, sealing and attaching a filter to the inside of the outer container or fixing or detachably attaching the filter to the outlet for pouring. CONSTITUTION:One or a combination of two or more of the above-mentioned ingredients 1 together with a liquid 2 such as water, liquid stock or another seasoning solution is put in an outer container 5 with an outlet 3 for pouring and sealed. The outer container 5 is equipped with a filter 4 or the filter 4 is fixed to the outlet 3 for pouring or detachably attached to the outlet for pouring. In the stock ingredient liquid stock pack consisting of the above- mentioned constitution, the stock ingredient 1 is continuously immersed in the liquid 2 in the outer container 5 until the pack is used. Consequently, the stock components are sufficiently extracted with the liquid 2 with time automatically. Therefore, extraction efficiently is extremely excellent, the same stock components as those of conventional method can be extracted with a smaller amount of the ingredient 1 than that of conventional method and the ingredient 1 can be saved. |
