<p>PURPOSE:To check an inflow of high-pressure gas in bulk at a time in an easy manner by exhausting the gas in a gas supply line being interconnected to a cylinder with purging gas, while installing an on-off valve there, gradually opening it, and then repeating these on-off operations. CONSTITUTION:An on-off valve 11a is installed in a vent line, feeding air pressure via a solenoid control operating valve 15, a solenoid control passage selector valve 17 and a needle valve 16, and thereby this on-off valve 11a is operated for opening or closing. When these valves 15, 17 are opened, air pressure is not reached at once to the extent of valve opening pressure by action of the needle valve 16. Along with the elapse of time, high pressure gas in a gas supply line gets into the vent line, and when gas pressure in the vent line is made so as to go up, the solenoid control operating valve 15 repeats its on-off operation at a little time interval. Therefore residual high pressure gas in the gas supply line at the cylinder side is gradually taken into the vent line.</p> |
