PURPOSE:To make a diagnostic circuit unnecessary so as to manufacture a voltage requiting relay at low manufacturing cost by forming a prescribed changing switch to carry out diagnosis of troubles based on the disagreement of two input circuits. CONSTITUTION:The composition of a voltage regulating relay consists of a changing switch 18. In this composition, the switch 18 is composed of (a) contact 20 and (b) contact 22 and the contact 20 is connected between a voltage input terminal 2 and the input part of a current input circuit 8 and closed in response to a changing signal input from a CPU 16, and a contact 22 is connected between a current input terminal 4 and the input part of the current input circuit 8 and opened in response to the changing signal input of the CPU 16. In the case that diagnosis of troubles of each circuit 6, 8 is carried out, the CPU 16 obeys the prescribed program and gives a changing signal to the switch. Consequently, a contact 20 is closed and the contact 22 is opened and at the same time outputs from each of the circuits 6, 8 are given to the CPU 16 through an A/D transformer 14. When the output from the circuits 6, 8 disagree each other, the CPU 16 determines troubles of the circuit 6. |
