<p>PURPOSE:To prevent misrecording by comparing a reserved recording time with a tape recordable time and giving a warning when the reserved recording time is longer. CONSTITUTION:A reserved recording time obtained from a recording commencement time and a recording finishing time of a timer reservation part 1 is compared with a tape recordable time obtained from a tape traveling residual amt. of a tape residual amt. calculating part 4 by a comparing part 3, and a warning is issued from a warning part 7 when the tape recordable time is smaller than the reserved recording time. Consequently, the warning is given when a video recording is to be cut halfway because the reserved recording time is longer than the tape recordable time. By this method, misrecording is prevented.</p> |
