<p>PURPOSE:To attain the continuous execution of bus control without interrupting the data access cycle by preparing two types of buses of a microprocessor for a program area and a data area and controlling both buses in parallel with each other. CONSTITUTION:A microprocesor 1 uses a control signal 1 (3) and an address line 1 (4) for reading the program code needed for execution of a program and has an access to a memory device 2 via a data line 1 (5). Meanwhile the microprocessor 1 uses a control signal 2 (6) and an address line 2 (7) for the transfer of data needed in executing process of a program and has an access to the device 2 via a data line 2 (8). Thus the reading operation of the program code is carried out independently of the transfer of data.</p> |
