<p>PURPOSE:To suppress thermal vibration in an inner vessel and to reduce evaporation amount of low temperature liquefied gas by providing a pressure variation absorber in a vapor discharge passage of the gas. CONSTITUTION:A needle valve 8 is connected to the end of a discharge tube 6 of a low temperature vessel 1 as a fluid resistor, liquid helium is stored in the vessel 1, and the opening of the valve 8 is regulated by the resistor. A buffer gas vessel 9 is connected to the midway of the tube 6, and liquid helium is stored in the vessel 1. The resistor, the vessel 9 or a combination of both are employed as a pressure vibration absorber, and the vale or an orifice is used as the resistor. The absorber is composed of a pressure control valve 11 for so controlling the pressure of the vapor of the liquefied gas that the pressure of the vapor of the gas becomes constant based on the detected value of a pressure sensor 12.</p> |
