PURPOSE:To steer four wheels of front wheels and rear wheel to a steering angle equal to each other by locating a laterally slidable slide body and a drive parts to laterally rotate the slide body around a support axle before and after a worker and steering the front wheels and the rear wheels in a manner to satisfy an Ackermann theory. CONSTITUTION:When it is decided by a control device 26 based on a detecting result from a sensor that steering by a steering mode in a reverse direction between rear and front wheels is proper, a solenoid valve 23 is turned ON, and oil delivered from a hydraulic pump 27 is fed to a solenoid valve 24. By controlling the solenoid valve 24 by means of the control device 26, the cylinder body of a hydraulic cylinder 14 is laterally slid. As a result, front wheels 2 and rear wheels 3 coupled to each other through a link mechanism 13 are steered at a steering angle to satisfy an Ackermann theory. This constitution prevents the occurrence of the lateral slip of a wheel, the occurrence of one- sided wear of a wheel, and production of a defect, e.g. the damage of lawn. |
