<p>PURPOSE:To take out reliably a label one by one, by a method wherein a film is laminated to an adhesive layer through a mold release layer, on which a heat bonding layer is formed and then label-shaped notches are formed into the mold release layer, film and heat bonding layer. CONSTITUTION:A sheet base 2 adhesive layer 3 of an in-mold molding sheet 1 is formed and a film 5 which is provided with printing 8 and becomes a base of a label 12 is laminated to the adhesive layer 3 through a mold release layer 4 formed on the adhesive layer 3. A heat bonding layer 6 adhering to plastic within a cavity of a mold is formed on the film 5 and label-shaped notches 7 are formed into the mold release layer 4, film layer 5 and heat bonding layer 6. When the in-mold molding sheet 1 is expanded by suction of a label suction pad 11, the label 12 is peeled off from the sheet base 2 by pressing of a peeling arm 4, sucked by a pad 11, conveyed and set up to a cavity forming wall surface of a mold. Since the heat bonding layer 6 is formed on the label 12 set up to a wall surface, the label is stuck to the surface of a molded product by feeding of molten plastic after mold clamping.</p> |
