PURPOSE:To obtain a receiving material for transferred images which is suitable for high-speed recording or multiple-time recording based on a relative velocity recording system or the like, by providing a coloring material layer on a support, and using a polyparabanic acid resin for at least part of the support. CONSTITUTION:A coloring material layer 2 is provided on a support 1, which is formed by use of at least a polyparabanic acid resin. For example, the support 1 is preferably a polyparabanic acid resin film or a conductive material- containing polyparabanic acid resin film, and the conductive material may be carbon black, a metal, a metallic oxide or the like. Alternatively, a support 5 may be a laminate structure of a film 3 and a conductor layer 4, with the support 5 formed by use of at least a polyparabanic acid resin. Polyparabanic acid resins have a high glass transition point of about 290 to 350 deg.C, and exhibit satisfactory heat resistance for high-speed recording. Further, polyparabanic acid resin films have a favorable coefficient of heat shrinkage (at 250 deg.C) of about 0.2 to 0.3%. |
