Compounds of general formula (I) (I) in which n is 1 or 2; R represents a linear or branched C1-C3-alkyl group; and X represents at least one substituent chosen from hydrogen, halogen, C1-C3-alkyl and C1-C3-alkoxy, in the form of a free base or an acid addition salt thereof, and their therapeutic application.
