发明名称 POLYESTER FIBER MADE CUSHION MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily integrally mold hard and soft parts in a cushion material and provide the cushion material excellent in a mechanical property without reducing the polyester fiber density in the cushion material by mixing predetermined amounts of adhesive core sheath type fibers containing thermoplastic resin having a first melting point and high melting point type polyester fibers having a second melting point and heating both fibers at a temperature between the first and second melting points. CONSTITUTION:Predetermined amounts of adhesive core sheath type fibers composed of a core made of polyester and a cover part made of thermoplastic resin to cover the core and having a fist melting point and high melting point type polyester fibers having a second melting point at least 30 deg.C higher than the melting point of the thermo-plastic resin are mixed with each other to fill up a flask having a predetermined shape cavity and heated at a temperature between the first and second melting points so that the core sheath type fibers adhere to each other to be fixedly integrally shaped. At least 30 deg.C of temperature difference between the first and second melting points is needed to melt only the thermoplastic resin and bond the core sheath type fibers to the high melting point type polyester fibers. This cushion material has few time-dependent variation caused by moisture and heat aging without needing to manufacture it in the harder degree.
