A filter element is produced by maintaining a constant tension of a non-wooven fabric by the tension roller and the guide roller, heat-pressing the fabric by the pressing roller and the infrared heater and then winding it by the bar roller coated with a teflon, cooling it, cutting it to the fixed length, and coating the section with a polyvinyl chloride molten solution.
