A frame for use as a carrier for ornamental materials is made up of more than one interlocking element. Each element includes a main body portion with a pair of ends, a first connecting means associated with one said end, and second connection means associated with the other said end. The said first said connection means on each interlocking element is releasably connectable with said second connecting means on each other interlocking element for assembly of said frame.
