<p>PURPOSE:To improve operability by inputting while instructing one point from an organization chart expressing a hierarchy, recognizing a single or plural transmitting destinations or a series of functions to be instructed at a glance, and easily and exactly executing a series of instructions. CONSTITUTION:A line buffer memory 2 temporarily stores original information read by a scanner 1 and image data generated from a character code generator 4 and converted by a character generator 5. Next, these information and data are encoded by an encoder/decoder 6, stored in a buffer 7 and sent to a communication module 15. On the other hand, from a coordinate input device 10 destinations are instructed or functions are selected for individual transmission, multiple address transmission, repeated multiple address transmission and sequential transfer transmission according to the coordinate data. This instruction is inputted to a coordinate input device control part 12 and this control part 12 converts it to any concrete data while referring to a backup memory 11 for coordinate input device. Namely, the single or plural transmitting destinations or a series of functions can be recognized at a glance by instructiong and inputting an A or B point from the organization chart expressing the hierarchy.</p> |
