<p>PURPOSE:To grasp the overall situation of a production system and to ensure a proper operation of the system by preparing a 4th table which draws out the number of processes proportional to the processing ability of each manufacturing device and then assigning the in-process value. CONSTITUTION:A 1st table shows the processing situation of each process for each type of lots. Meanwhile a 2nd table prepared together with the 1st table shows plural workable manufacturing devices for each process and the daily processing ability of each manufacturing device. In a 3rd process, the 1st table is searched and plural manufacturing devices that can work in each prescribed product type and process are sampled out of the 2nd table together with the daily processing ability of each manufacturing device for production of a 3rd table. In a 4th process, the number of processes proportional to the processing ability of the manufacturing devices are drawn out the 3rd table every plural manufacturing devices and the in-process value is assigned to these in-process numbers for production of a 4th table. Thus the overall situation of a production system can be grasped and a proper operation of the system is ensured.</p> |
