PURPOSE:To provide the title cement to be used for producing lightweight cellular concrete, intended to shorten its setting time and enable the handling time necessary for cutting the resultant cured products to be regulated, so designed as to shift the peak of its granular size distribution toward smaller side in the size. CONSTITUTION:The objective cement is used for producing lightweight cellular concrete put to steam curing, having such a granular size distribution that its peak is shifted toward smaller side in the size. The granular size distribution is regulated as follows: (1) powder amount <1mum in size: 0-30vol.%; (2) powder amount 1-5mum in size: 20-90vol.%; (3) powder amount 5-10mum in size: 10-40vol.%; and (4) powder amount >=10mum in size: 0-20vol.%. |
