<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a tape by allowing a tape winding torque to ascend from a regular level, and controlling so that an unloading operation is executed, in the case reel rotation abnormality generating information is detected. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with an operation control means 46 for allowing a tape winding torque to ascend from a regular level, and controlling so that an unloading operation is executed, in the case a tape is run and abnormality generating information is detected by an investigating means 47 of a storage means at the time of starting unloading. Accordingly, in the case it is decided that there is a fault to a reel rotary operation, the tape winding torque is enhanced in advance and unloaded. In such a way, generation of a winding failure can be nearly prevented although it depends on the degree of a fault.</p> |
