摘要 PURPOSE:To enable anyone to easy, rapidly and exactly adjust the optical axis of X-rays by constituting the above device in such a manner that an X-ray tube and an X0ray detector are rotationally driven around a sample position. CONSTITUTION:A motor 19 for rotating a jig is first driven by a controller 36 to set the optical axis adjusting jig 21 in a retreat position. A ray source side pulse motor 30 is then operated to set a ray source arm 6 in a horizontal position and a detection side pulse motor 34 is operated to set a detector arm 5 in a horizontal position so that an X-ray focus B and the X-ray detector 10 are disposed in the positions symmetrical with each other. The motor 19 is then rotated by a command from the controller 36 to set the jig 21 in the sample position P. The motors 30 and 34 are slightly rotated exactly in the same direction at the same angle in synchronization to rotationally move the X-ray progressing route around the jig 21. The controller 36 stops the rotational movement where the X-ray intensity signal is max. The optical axis of the X-ray is set in a reference state if a sample holder packed with a sample is set in the sample position P.
