<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a tape from flawing due to excessive slackening or stretching of the tape by controlling tension of the tape to make a detecting result of a tape tension detecting means a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:The subject device is provided with a tension control means 18 for controlling the tension of the tape 1 in order to make the detecting result of the tape tension detecting means 16 for detecting tension given to the tape 1 at the time of drawing out the tape 1 by loading means 2 and 3 a prescribed value. This prescribed optimum value is given by tension, but if the device is equipped with a tape drawing member 3 and a driving part 17 as the loading means 2 and 3, the value can be given by a current to be supplied to this driving part 17. By this method, specified tape tension can always be obtained, and ecessive slackening and stretching of the tape in tension are eliminated, thus preventing the tape from flawing.</p> |
