<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction in the utilizing efficiency of a resource in a physical band by providing a standby band for a traffic unit other than an estimated traffic unit introduced for each call class and calculating a required band from the physical band corresponding to the standby band. CONSTITUTION:A call reception discrimination table 1 includes only a traffic class generated to include a comparatively narrow band and a standby band 2 includes a band corresponding to a special call class formed by classifying bands not included in the former call class band. Thus, the band 4 required in total is the sum of the band 3 required for the call reception discrimination table 1 and the standby band 2. Bands required for each call class are calculated and added to form a band required for the total call class. Or calls with different attribute for all call classes belonging to the call reception discrimination table are collected before the production of band resource and subject to simultaneous processing.</p> |
