TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER, RECORD HEAD UNIT HAVING SAME TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER, AND RECORDER EQUIPPED WITH SAME UNIT

PURPOSE:To control the temperature of a record head with a simple constitution by providing a temperature detecting element and a heating element in a part adjacent to an integrated position of a heat exchange member. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor 5 which is capable of being constituted of a thermistor and the like constitutes a second heat exchanger and is provided at the central part of an area integrated with 4 heat pipes 2A. A heater 6 formed in the shape of a face is attached on each side face of the heat pipes 2A arranged on utmost outside among 4 heat pipes 2A. When the temperature sensor 5 is provided on the heat pipe, a temperature corresponding with a good responsibility to a temperature distribution generated in the record head can be detected. A heat generated at the heater is transferred to a working liquid quickly by attaching the heater 6 to the side faces of 2 heat pipes 2A at the utmost outside, and the working liquid is vaporized, so that a quick heat transfer to the whole of the record head will be possible due to the vapor. With this heat pipe constitution, the numbers of the heaters and temperature sensors can be reduced so that the cost for constituting the temperature controller of the record head can be reduced.
